Nicole Dalsing is the compassionate Center Coordinator for Ebenezer Child Care Centers’ Downtown Milwaukee location. In this position, Nicole is responsible for assisting parents with concerns in regard to the center and their children, ensuring licensing and accreditation standards are upheld, staff is supported, and daily operations flow smoothly.

Nicole has nearly 15 years of experience in the childcare industry serving. She has been with Ebenezer Child Care since 2010 in various roles throughout the years. She started as a teacher in the two-year-old room and a floating teacher at Ebenezer’s Wauwatosa Center for seven years, then moved to the Downtown location as the Associate Coordinator for 5 years.  She has an Associate of Arts in Early Childhood Education from Northeast Iowa Community College and an Administrator Credential from School of Continuing Education at University of Milwaukee Wisconsin. Jessica Burton is the Associate Coordinator for Ebenezer’s Downtown Milwaukee Child Care Center. Jessica holds a Early Child Care and Development certification from Bryant & Stratton. Soua Lor  is the Curriculum Specialist for Ebenezer's Downtown Child Care Center. Soua holds a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from UW-Milwaukee and a Master's Degree in Education in Educational Leadership from Grand Canyon University.
