This advanced training is for those who understand curriculum, planning and choosing child goals. In this training participants will take a deeper dive into curriculum as a systematic learning plan that follows a specific educational philosophy. It’s a combination of what you want children to learn, how you want them to learn, and how you plan to teach and assess learning. This class is only open to Ebenezer employees.

Event Series FIRST AID/CPR/AED

This training is both instructional and participatory for all attendees.  The attendees will learn and practice skills in CPR and First Aid for Infants, Children, and Adults.  This training will prepare the attendee to be able to utilize the skills necessary to effectively respond in an emergency situation.  The Trainer is certified by the American Red Cross Association. This training is only for Ebenezer employees.

Managing Challenging Behaviors Parts 1 – 4

The single best way to address challenging behaviors in young children today is to take steps to make sure that they never occur. While there is no universal magic wand for preventing challenging behaviors, there are several early intervention strategies that prevent challenging behaviors. These strategies include: (a) knowing yourself and your temperament, (b) scheduling, and (c) implementing rules, rituals, and routines.  In this training gain strategies and resources to help in classroom management and help be more proactive with children with challenging behaviors. All participants must attend all 4 parts to receive registry credit.
