Father’s Day is this coming Sunday and Sarah from Ebenezer Child Care Centers’ West Allis/Wauwatosa location recently went on Real Milwaukee to show some great gift ideas you can make with your kiddos for their dads.

Supplies:
Small stones
Card stock
Permanent Markers
Glue
String
Scissors
Paper punch
Twine or yarn
Directions:
Cut a heart out of your cardboard. Punch a hole in the center like the picture shows. Write My Dad Rocks on the card board. Color your rocks how you want. Glue your rocks down to the card stock. Insert twine in the punch hole and knot.
Supplies:
Colored cardstock
Small googly eyes
Glue
Black Sharpie
White pom poms
Popiscle stick
String or twine
Directions:
-Cut out your blue cardstock to make a water background.
-Take your orange cardstock and fold it over. Trace your child’s hand so the wrist part is on the folded paper. Then cut out your handprint and add the googly eyes and draw on a mouth.
-Take the popsicle stick and tie a string around it. Glue your stick to the top of your card and glue the bottomof the string inside the handprint card (inside the mouth of the fish).
-Add some white pom poms to make it look like bubbles in the water.
-Write your Happy Father’s Day on the inside the hand and Hooked on Daddy on the top of the page.

Directions:
Take a photo of your kids holding a cardboard sign saying “Love you to pieces!” and have it printed. Then let your kids paint the popsicle sticks with paint and let dry. Have them glue the popsicle sticks, puzzle pieces, and photo together to make the BEST Father’s Day gift

Alphabet stickers
Assorted nuts in various sizes
Directions:
-Start by painting the frame a color of your choice and allowing it to dry completely.
-Apply alphabet stickers
-Dab dots of glue around the remaining surface area of the frame and top the glue with a variety of different shaped and sized nuts. Allow the glue to dry completely. Add your favorite photo.

Directions:
-Paint Best Dad Hands Down on the top of your shirt. Let Dry.
-Paint your child’s hand and press it down onto the shirt. Let it Dry.
-Paint your child’s name next to the hand print and let it dry.
-Repeat for each of your children.
